ORIGIN:
Premium Quality Arabica Beans sourced from Baragalli Estate, North Coorg Region from a higher elevation.
PROCESSING TYPE:
The hand-picked ripe cherries are sorted with utmost care. They are introduced into machines to remove the fruit pulp and later washed in clear water to remove the mucilage. The washed beans are laid out in thin layers and dried under the sun for a few days. The dried beans are transferred into Hulling machines for removal of the silver skin.
ROAST LEVEL: Medium Roast
FLAVOUR and AROMA:
The coffee is more balanced with notes of Cereal, Malt, and Sweet Chocolate Notes in the Cup profile. It has a Chocolaty and Hint of Orange aroma.
TASTING NOTES:
It is good-bodied with Sharp, Citrusy Acidity, and leaves a Juicy, Sweet, Pleasant Mouthfeel with a persistent Aftertaste.

Our Single Estate Coffee is directly sourced from Baragalli Estate of Somwarpet, North Coorg Region. Shade-grown coffee supports biodiversity, native flora and fauna, and migratory birds. The estate hosts other commercial crops; Pepper and Oranges. The surrounding plants contribute to the complex flavors of coffee. The traditional Hand-picking method of Harvesting is followed and only the finest, ripe berries are harvested. They are meticulously sorted and sun-dried. No artificial drying methods are used.
